After 20 years in the music industry, I retrained in Nutritional Therapy. Throughout my 20s and 30s, I experienced an array of health challenges. These ranged from mental health issues, hormonal symptoms, and skin disturbances. Despite countless visits to the doctor, I was unable to resolve this long term. They deeply affected my quality of life. Deciding to do my own research I began to approach these issues holistically and I was able to bring my body and mind into balance through changes in my diet and lifestyle choices. This was extremely empowering and having felt first hand how these changes improved my quality of life, I felt compelled to learn more and share this knowledge with others also suffering. I felt in control of my health and that is a wonderful feeling!
