Meditation on Retreats

Fancy waking up somewhere like this? One of my favourite parts of our retreats is the silent walks and meditations we do as the sun is rising. We pick the most tranquil spot, whether this is a rooftop with a view or next to the pool. Sometimes we have our eyes closed and just listen to the birds and the wind in the trees and sometimes we open our eyes and drink in the view silently. These can be very powerful and healing moments. These are the moments on the retreats that really fill your cup giving you the strength to return to your day to lives and be the person you want to be.

Meditation is a big part of our retreats and we use both mantra-based meditations and Yoga Nidra, a deeply relaxing guided meditation at every afternoon session.
