Easy Asian Slaw

This super simple recipe consists of :

  • 1 x white cabbage shredded
  • 4 x large carrots grated
  • 1 x 2 cm piece of ginger grated
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 x tbs apple cider vinegar
  • 1 x glug of olive oil Salt & Peper to taste,
  • Herbs of your choice.

This is an exquisitely simple recipe and is super tasty. It’s full of antioxidants and fiber and is a wonderful accompaniment to any meal. This recipe provides enough salad to have some leftover. Store the rest in the fridge for up to 4 days.
