I didn’t expect perimenopause to hit at 43 — and when it did, it was brutal.

The night sweats came first, almost overnight. Then, one by one, the other symptoms followed.

Despite having been slim all my life,  the weight crept on without any real changes to how I ate or moved. It was disorienting — and frustrating.

I found Charlotte following a Google search and I have never looked back.
