About Me

My perimenopause journey began unexpectedly at 43 with debilitating night sweats. For 10 years I’ve experienced almost every symptom listed here and more!   Having been slim all my life, the weight piled on without me changing a thing!
I’ve spent 10 years managing my symptoms and studying perimenopause.   With the knowledge I’ve gained from managing my health as well as countless trainings in hormones, I am well-prepared to help you with yours.

I found Charlotte following a Google search and I have never looked back. Following our initial 20 minute call, I felt something I hadn’t felt in a long time from a healthcare professional – listened to! We talked through all my symptoms and she would go away and research which supplements would work well for me alongside my existing medications and we’d discuss which foods would help to decrease the inflammation in my system alongside other markers such as stress levels and the menopause. I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist and a member of the British Association of Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council.  I regularly participate in additional training to keep up to date on the latest research and continue to modify my protocols in light of this.
