About Me
My perimenopause journey began unexpectedly at 43 with debilitating night sweats. For 10 years I’ve experienced almost every symptom listed here and more! Having been slim all my life, the weight pilled on without me changing a thing!
I’ve spent 10 years managing my symptoms and studying perimenopause. With the knowledge I’ve gained from managing my health, I am well-prepared to help you with yours.
