Health isn’t guesswork. Knowing your key markers helps you support your body with confidence and ease
Are you concerned you may not get the attention you need from the GP? Well, you’re not alone!
How often do we receive blood test results and wonder how good they are? Or are the markers suboptimal, but the doctors fail to mention it because we don’t have a disease?
Testing your blood markers once per year is a good idea. The NHS full blood count covers the main markers to spot major issues. However, a private test can provide a much more detailed view of your health.
The blood panel we use delivers a more detailed and in-depth picture of your health when compared to a standard UK blood test. The panel provides 17 extra blood analytes.
It goes beyond basic blood markers, helping to evaluate areas like hormone health, insulin resistance, cardiovascular health, detoxfication, inflammation, adrenal health, thyroid function, and detailed iron assessment. The panel provides a comprehensive assessment for both men and women and gives an excellent overview of current health status. A nutritional plan is an optional add on.
